1. Dogs must be up-to date on vaccines and show proof (Rabies, Distemper, & Bordetella)
2. Dogs must be treated with HEART-WORM and FLEA & TICK preventative
3. Dogs must be in good health and free of injury

THE DOG'S SCHEDULE:
7:00am-8:30AM – First let out and morning stretches
8:30am- 10:00AM - BREAKFAST *We wait 30 mins after meals to prevent sickness or bloat before play
10:00-12:00PM - PLAY!
12:00pm-2:30PM - Nap 
3:00pm- 4:30PM - PLAY!
4:30pm-6:00PM - DINNER *We wait 30 mins after meals to prevent sickness or bloat before play
6:00pm- 7:30PM – PLAY!
7:30pm-8:00pm – Wind down and get ready for bed
*schedule is subject to change based on weather

DROP OFF & PICK UP POLICIES

Please text us (989-378-4344) anytime you are coming to our facility (see our FAQ why)
We always touch base the day before any reservation via text OR message on our app to confirm a good drop-off or pick-up time for you. 
We still ask that you text us the day-of, when you are on the way
SLEEPOVERS:
Drop-Off
MON-FRI:       7:00am – 10am OR 3pm – 6pm
SAT & SUN:    8am – 10am OR 3pm - 6pm
Pick-Up
MON-FRI:       7:00am – 10am OR 3pm - 6:00pm
SAT & SUN:    8am – 10am OR 3pm - 6pm

Check-out Rules: 
•(Mon-Fri) Pick-up by 10am : no charge for final day
• (Mon-Fri) Pick-up 3pm-6:00pm: $20/dog

DAYCARE:
DROP OFF - TUE-FRI:   7am – 10am
PICK UP - TUE-FRI:       3pm – 5:30pm

Running late happens! If pick-up time gets pushed back, there may be a $5 late fee added to your invoice. That said, we totally understand life throws curveballs — just keep us in the loop and we’ll usually work with you. If it starts happening often, though, we’ll need to stick to the fee.🐾
